We do not offer returns or exchanges for our products. If you received a damaged product, please get in touch with us so that we can address your concern. Most of our products are packed in glass packaging. Please make an unboxing video of the product as proof of damages, so that we can address your concern fairly. Images shall not suffice as proof of damaged goods delivered.
